My love for photography started at the age of 11 after I took an image of a grasshopper in the long summer grass which was later printed in the local newspaper. Ever since then my interest in the photography world has expanded. From the age of 14 my interest in the camera world began to expand to further reaches and into cinematography.
I’m currently undertaking my education at Northbrook College studying Digital arts for my Extended Diploma. At the same time I am also creating projects in my free time and expanding my experience and knowledge within the industry. To this date I’ve worked on some big projects, including Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Discover London, Brighton and Hove Albion photography and most recently acting as UK Locations Manager for the feature film A Trip to Unicorn island, that was premiered in early 2016 in Grauman's Chinese Theatre, Hollywood. I am currently working closely with MBM Productions with a multitude of projects along with Barties Presents.
Post-College education I’d like to either go directly into employment with a production company or undertake an apprenticeship with one for several years. Ultimately to gain experience, have fun and create contacts within the industry. My intention is to also spend a few years traveling the world and documenting my travels through multiple projects in both photography and film. Backyard Productions is a name I’ve used throughout my career in the film industry and my ultimate aim is officially launch that into a large, international production company specifically aimed funding and supplying student filmmakers with opportunities whilst also producing and funding large feature films.
